Created in 2015 by a restaurant reviewer and culinary writer, the goal of Food Chick Tours is to shine a light on San Antonio’s local, independent, chef-driven restaurants. Still owned and operated by Julia Celeste Rosenfeld, Food Chick Tours remains the most experienced and longest-running San Antonio food tour company. San Antonio Cooks, written by Julia for Figure 1 Publishing, features recipes from 42 of the city’s top restaurants. Now in its second printing, we are proud of the attention the book has provided for the restaurants and chefs, and the status it has brought Food Chick Tours as San Antonio’s premier culinary tour company.
