Dry-rubbed and slow-smoked, Texas barbecue focuses on beef, but does other meats pretty darn well too. We’ll visit three unique pits, chat with pitmasters when possible, and sample classic smoked brisket, pork ribs, sausage and creative side dishes for a day you won’t soon forget.
