1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using https://foodchicktours.com/ or booking any tour/service through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services. All participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a legal guardian.

4. Booking & Reservations

4.1 Confirmation Requirements

  •  Refund Policy Provided Upon Booking

4.2 Participation Minimums

Tours require 4+ participants. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule with full refund if minimum not met.

5. Payments & Fees

5.1 Included in Price

  • Professional Guide Services
  • VAT/Local Taxes

5.2 Excluded Costs

• • Transportation To Meeting Point except when included in proposal
  • Personal Insurance
  • Guide Gratuities (Recommended 15-20%)

6. Cancellation Policy

Situation	Refund Policy
72+ hrs notice	Full tour refund, no transportation refund
24-72 hrs notice	50% tour refund, no transportation refund
<24 hrs notice	No refunds
Company cancellation	Full refund

Force majeure events excluded.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1 Requirements

• • Arrive 10 Mins Before Departure
  • Notify Dietary Restrictions 48 hrs In Advance
  • Valid ID For Alcohol-Inclusive Tours

7.2 Prohibited Actions

• • Smoking During Tastings
  • Independent Vendor Negotiations
  • Commercial Photography Without Permit

8. Liability Waiver –

8.1 Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge inherent risks including but not limited to:

• • Food Allergies/Intolerances
  • Uneven Walking Surfaces
  • Traffic Conditions

8.2 Release of Liability

Food Chick Tours LLC is not responsible for any:

• • Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
  • Lost/Stolen Personal Items
  • Vendor Quality Issues

9. Indemnification Clause

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Food Chick Tours LLC from:

• • Third-Party Claims Arising From Your Actions
  • Property Damage Caused During The Tour
  • COVID-19 Or Any Communicable Disease Transmission
  • Food Poisoning

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Binding Arbitration All claims subject to AAA commercial rules:

Participants grant royalty-free rights for promotional use of photos/videos.

We reserve the right to update terms with 30 days’ notice via website/email.

 

Dietary Notice:

While we accommodate restrictions when notified in advance, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Alcohol Policy:

Participants must be 21+ with valid ID for wine/spirits tours. Any Alcohol Service refusal is final.

Accessibility: Contact us 72 hrs pre-tour for mobility accommodation.
